JYPE Expands Worldwide Reach, Signs With The Orchard For Global Digital and Physical Distribution

Seoul, Republic of Korea – March 11, 2019 – JYP Entertainment (hereinafter, JYPE) announced today a partnership with The Orchard for global digital and physical distribution.

With this partnership, JYPE will distribute digital and physical releases to key markets through The Orchard, bringing releases to major music services and physical retailers in the USA, Europe and beyond. JYPE and The Orchard will work closely to expand the label’s presence around the world.

The Orchard, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment, has a strong international network as well as successful experience in the K-POP genre, as proven through the company’s distribution of breakthrough acts such as BTS, Eric Nam and Chung Ha.

JYPE’s catalog, including iconic K-POP acts of TWICE, GOT7 and DAY6, all of which launched world tours in 2018, as well as rising stars Stray Kids and ITZY, is available now for the first time on all major digital services worldwide.
