Esteemed Distribution Executive Reinforces Leadership Across Client Services and Sales
New York, NY — February 22, 2012 — The Orchard, music industry pioneers since 1997, today announced the addition of Michael Black to The Orchard as Senior Vice President, Client and Sales Group. In this new role, Michael will oversee client relationships and physical sales, reporting to CEO Brad Navin and located in The Orchard’s NYC headquarters.

Since August 2011, Michael has been a consultant to The Orchard, making his full time appointment a natural step. Michael was a founding member of ADA and spent many years as Executive Vice President, General Manager. Prior to ADA, Michael worked at Rough Trade Records in San Francisco and New York.
