THE ORCHARD ANNOUNCES EXPANDED EUROPEAN TEAM
Fortified Team to Bring Renewed Focus and Strengthened Leadership Under UK and Europe MD Colleen Theis
Cannes, France and New York, NY — January 29, 2012 — The Orchard (www.theorchard.com), music industry pioneers since 1997, today announced key changes to support Colleen Theis, Managing Director of UK and Europe in the structure of its European team. These changes reinforce The Orchard’s continued mission to provide superior service to its global client base, 64% of which originates from outside of North America.

The promotions and additions to the European team will allow for deeper client relationships and will strengthen leadership under Colleen Theis, who is based in London and reports to CEO Brad Navin. The following department directors are based in London, The Orchard’s UK and European headquarters.
Tricia Arnold joins the company in the role of International Sales and Distribution Director, bringing over 10 years of international indie label and distribution expertise, most recently at ADA Global. In her role at The Orchard, Tricia will be responsible for managing and expanding sales and distribution relationships in both physical and digital formats, as well as creating catalogue campaigns and sales initiatives to drive revenue across the client base.
Liz Eve has been promoted to International Client Relations Director. In her new role, Liz manages the members of the client team responsible for all European and selected ROW labels, oversees global priority release campaigns, as well as educates clients on The Orchard’s continually evolving tool set and best practices to maximize their relationship with The Orchard.
Chris Tams has been promoted to International Marketing Director. Chris oversees European and ROW digital and mobile retail account relationships, manages the European marketing team’s locally-focused efforts in retail, interactive and traditional marketing, and creates strategic partnerships and new business development opportunities to benefit clients.

Each territory is led by the regional Vice President, supported by Client and Marketing teams who oversee day-to-day management of local client relationships and develop strategic marketing and growth initiatives to drive revenue through key retail accounts and connect clients to customers through customized promotional campaigns.
Alexandra von Stumberg joins The Orchard’s Berlin office as Senior Client and Marketing Manager, reporting to GSA Vice President Jakob Kuznicki. Alexandra’s marketing and advertising background and wealth of project management experience for global companies brings a unique perspective to the team. Also in Berlin is EU Neighboring Rights Director Rosita Kuerbis, who provides local oversight for the company’s public performance and broadcast collections initiatives on behalf of its label clients.
Philippe Giard joins The Orchard’s Paris office as Client and Interactive Marketing Manager, reporting to Ben Oldfield, Vice President of France and Benelux. Philippe brings 12 years of label management and marketing experience in the French music industry to the company, most recently at naïve.
Integrated Marketing Manager Celia Saez and Client Manager Anna Ibarzabal join The Orchard’s Barcelona office, working alongside Senior Client Manager Eulalia Rafols and reporting to Albert Torres, Vice President, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Celia brings more than 14 years’ music marketing experience to the company, including roles at Virgin Spain and Discmedi. Anna joins the company from her previous role as International Press Manager for Primavera Sound Festival.
Giacomo Coveri joins The Orchard as Client and Marketing Manager, Italy. Based in Florence, Giacomo comes from The Orchard’s European head office in London and will manage Italian-speaking client relationships and work in conjunction with the Barcelona office.
