BACCI BROS SIGN TO THE ORCHARD

Acclaimed Production and Remix Team will Deliver Exclusive Orchard Branded Compilation Series

Peter Gabriel and Electrokingdom's "Big Time" Remix Features on First Release

New York, NY – April 9th 2007 - The Orchard, the world’s leading digital distributor and marketer of independent music, have signed a global marketing and distribution deal with Bacci Bros Records for an exclusive series of dance compilations. Under the agreement, Bacci Bros will deliver a series of genre-spanning albums, which will be released as an Orchard-branded monthly series. The Orchard's music licensing division will also place Bacci Bros recordings for synchronization use in film, television, new media and commercials.

The first two releases, The Orchard House Vibes' "Deep Electro" Volume 1 and "Funky Soulful" Volume 1, will include tracks from Peter Gabriel, Joy Malcolm, Phunk Investigation, Britalics vs House Bros, Artful Dodger, Romina Johnson, Taka Boom, Angie Brown and Mark King of Level 42.
