OMS administers synchronization and master use rights for songs within our deep catalog. Our catalogue contains a diverse range of content that is ideal for use in film, TV, multimedia, video game, ringtone and motion picture services. Know what artist or track you're looking for? ADMINISTRATION
OMS provides full administrative services for song placement, including track research and selection, copyright registration, royalty collection and distribution. Our licensing expertise includes digital downloads; digital streaming; ringtones; lyrics (print and display rights); film and motion pictures; karaoke production; multimedia (software and games); programs and synchronization; television; mechanicals; samples and merchandising. What sets us apart from other music publishers is that OMS licenses material and does not seek to own it. We have a full service staff of song research and licensing experts to assist you in all your synchronization needs.
CREATIVE SERVICES
Music industry legend Richard Gottehrer is OMS's Managing Director, overseeing every aspect of track selection. In addition to co-founding The Orchard, Gottehrer is a legendary songwriter ("My Boyfriend's Back," "I Want Candy," "Sorrow," "Nightime"), a multi-platinum producer (Blondie, The Go-Go's, The Raveonettes, Joan Armatrading), and a successful music industry executive. His songs have been recorded by David Bowie, George Thorogood, Aaron Carter, Jerry Lee Lewis and many others. In the 1970s, Gottehrer co-founded Sire Records (later sold to the Time Warner Corporation), which became one of the industry's leading independent record companies in the '70s and '80s. Its artist roster included Madonna, Talking Heads, The Ramones, The Pretenders and Depeche Mode.
