The Orchard Announces Cat Kreidich as Director of Retail Marketing
Kreidich Brings 11 Years of Music Industry Experience to The Orchard
New York — March 14, 2011 Today, The Orchard (www.theorchard.com) announced that Cat Kreidich has been named Director of Retail Marketing. Ms. Kreidich will be based in the New York office. As Director of Retail Marketing, Ms. Kreidich is responsible for revenue growth for North American digital retail outlets, conceiving and executing tailored release campaigns through creative retail promotions and pricing strategies, and maintaining and developing relationships with top retail outlets.

Ms. Kreidich comes to The Orchard after four years with Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA). Ms. Kreidich started the first mobile department at ADA. She then went on to become ADA’s Director of Marketing and Sales. In this position, Ms. Kreidich oversaw the digital account management team, including the digital, video and mobile departments for 200+ labels across North America. Previously, Ms. Kreidich was the Account Manager at Virtual Music Stores, and prior to that, she was the National Director of Sales and Marketing for Ultra Records. Additionally, Ms. Kreidich marketed music at Caroline Distribution. She holds a BA in New Media & Marketing from Emerson College.
